Spirit In Motion Yoga’s studio is located in a small church in Lethbridge, Alberta providing a quiet peaceful atmosphere to explore the inner work of yoga. We offer a wide range of classes from gentle restorative classes to more vigorous flow-based ashtanga/vinyasa classes, as well as therapeutic yoga classes and private sessions for individual health concerns.

"Shanti" Yoga (Gentle), Tuesdays, 9:30-10:45am
Let your stress melt away with this nurturing sequence of gentle postures, breathing, and meditation promoting peace on all levels.

Yoga Flow (Active), Thursdays, 9:30-10:45am
This flow style class combines breath, strength building sequences, and relaxation in an active energetic practice.

Early Morning Meditation
Tuesdays, April 17-June 26th, 6:30-7:30am (by donation)

Start your day off in a calm and centered way.  Join with a group of like-minded practitioners to support each other in the practice of Mindfulness Meditation.  We follow the practices of Buddhist Monk Thich Nhat Hanh, but are inclusive of all faiths and traditions.
Please come dressed for walking meditation as the spring weather improves.
